Getting Started

We have simplified the wedding planning process into six easy steps.

Step

Email the wedding team to get our wedding information at [email protected]. This will include information regarding our menus, services, bar options, and a budget planning form.

– Two

Find those inspiration pictures!

We have created a Pinterest catalog on Pinterest, titled “Kukua Beach Club Weddings” where photos are added daily of our weddings. You will want to follow us and then click the “saved” tab to see it laid out in easy to view boards.

The team will need just 1-2 of your favorites of the following pictures:

gazebo/arch
centerpieces
sweetheart table
bouquet
cake

and you can send them in a word document via email so we can easily save them.

Step

– Three

Complete the budget planning excel form.

In the email our wedding team sends, includes a budget planning excel form. This document will provide us with the other half of the information we need to complete and initial quote. There are five tabs that need to be completed.

This should take you 30 mins at a max, as the goal of your initial quote is to get a base to work from, which will be refined thereafter with one of our wedding planners. All selections can be adjusted until 45 days prior to your wedding.

– Four

Email your completed budget planning and inspiration pictures to our wedding team and then sit back and get ready for the fun to begin!

Your initial quote can be expected within 48-72 hours.

– Five

Once you receive your initial quote, with everything laid out, you can then arrange to speak with one of our wedding planners who will sit with you and help you to ensure that your budget and visions align as closely as possible.

– Six

Make it official and book your date! Then be prepared to fall in love with your wedding.

A $500 deposit is required to formally book a wedding date and will be applied to your quote. Please know that due the high volume of weddings/inquiries dates are liable to change without notice and cannot be held without a deposit.
